Kultura’s name meaning culture in different languages comes from the founders’ need to share cultures through food, to be specific South-East Asian cuisine.

In the Kitchen
Chef Enrico discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 18 at an Asian restaurant in the Philippines as a dishwasher.
He quickly fell in love with the craft of cooking and began honing his skills in the kitchen. In 2008, Chef Enrico decided to move to Kenya to expand his culinary expertise. After two years, he relocated to Kigali in 2010 to continue his journey.
For the past 12 years, Chef Enrico has worked in various restaurants and establishments, perfecting his craft and gaining valuable experience. His passion for cooking continued to grow, and he eventually decided to take a bold step and open his own restaurant.
In partnership with like-minded individuals, Chef Enrico founded Kultura Flavours of Asia, a restaurant that offers a fusion of Asian cuisines. His goal is to bring unique and delicious flavors to the people of Kigali and beyond, while also promoting cultural exchange and appreciation.
Chef Enrico's dedication to his craft and his commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences have earned him a reputation as one of the most talented and innovative chefs in the region. He continues to inspire others with his creativity and passion for cooking, and Kultura became a must-visit destination for food lovers in Kigali.
